Where in the World is Amy Taylor Alpers: Arizona

After spending much of March traveling abroad, Amy Taylor Alpers, co-founder of The Pilates Center with sister Rachel Taylor Segel, will be stateside again this April.

From April 14-16, 2023, she will be teaching private lessons, group classes, and workshops with Sundial Pilates and Strength-n-Length Pilates in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Amy will be leading this exciting three-day event and helping Pilates teachers learn more about themselves, trusting their intuition, and operating from a place of integrity.

“Pilates is a comprehensive system of exercise that must be taught in its entirety to reap the full benefits envisioned by Joseph Pilates,” Amy shares, “as the cultivation of a healthy body, mind, and spirit can have a profoundly positive effect on the world.”
