Biography
“I consider myself a cheerful, enthusiastic and active person. I like to do all kinds of sports and I am very interested in nutrition. Besides Pilates, I enjoy playing tennis and riding horses. I love my job because it allows me to help people improve their health and quality of life.”
Livia was introduced to the Pilates Method in London, 25 years ago. Today, she is a certified as Advanced Teacher and Host Advisor at The Pilates Center, Boulder.
