The communication with The Pilates Center was very easy. I felt supported throughout the program. I loved the Formal Lectures Series. I keep going back and finding even more details every time I watch them.

The Pilates Center reevaluated the accessibility of the Pilates equipment they’ve used for more than thirty years. This program takes away the barriers for people who don’t have access to Pilates equipment and can only access classes online from home rather than coming to the studio.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this training. I found the iTPC online curriculum very clear and accessible. The information was presented by Amy and Rachel with the clarity, precision, and vitality I have come to associate with Pilates. The formal lecture series was very integral to my learning and understanding of the breadth and depth of Joseph Pilates’ method of "Return to Life".
