5 Lineages, 5 Days of Pilates People Power

“The Pilates lineages start with the Pilates Elders who are the people who studied directly with Joseph Pilates and then went on to teach Pilates and train teachers themselves.
Aliyah Hardy first took her aptitude for engineering to Exxon Mobil and then used the business knowledge she gained there to start a company where she works on “the most intelligent, amazing structure that has ever been designed” — the human body.
Rachel Taylor Segel, Amy Taylor Alpers, and Kelli Burkhalter Hutchins give an in depth overview of The Pilates Center’s Teacher Training Program on Pilates Anytime. Amy and Rachel discuss how they started teaching Pilates and why they decided to start a training program.

Leah Wecksler has been with The Pilates Center since March 2000. She is moving to San Diego with her family at the end of May. She has been one of the most beloved instructors at The Pilates Center, and we will miss her dearly.
