Boulder was the perfect location for sisters and founders, Amy and Rachel, to open up the studio. Mentoring Program

The Pilates Center Mentoring Program is a unique and personal opportunity for professional Pilates instructors to study with second generation Master Teachers and The Pilates Center owners, Rachel Taylor Segel and Amy Taylor Alpers. Mentoring is also available with senior instructor Debora Kolwey.

The Mentoring Program is not a certification program nor is it standardized training. Rather, it is an advancement in skills and a strengthening of philosophy that is deeply personal to those being mentored.
