TPC Classical Method Studies – Weekend III & IV
Classical Method Studies
Level III–V
September 30–October 4, 2026
The Pilates Center | Boulder, Colorado + Live on Zoom
Classical Method Studies returns this fall for a second five-day session, this time focusing on the Level III–V material.
This series was created to provide focused time to study the Classical Pilates Method as a cohesive, intelligent system. As the work becomes more advanced, there is even more to explore in how the exercises relate to one another, how the system is organized, and how that understanding can inform both personal practice and teaching.
Rather than approaching the work as a collection of individual exercises, Classical Method Studies invites participants to look at how the Method functions as a whole and how its internal logic supports clarity, discernment, and confident application.
Whether you participated in the first session or are coming to Classical Method Studies for the first time, this weekend offers space to study, ask questions, make connections, and deepen your understanding of the Classical Pilates Method.
What We’ll Explore
This second session focuses on Level III through Level V material within the context of the complete Pilates system.
Through focused study and mentorship-based discussion, participants will explore how the more advanced work connects throughout the Method, how one part of the system informs another, and how these relationships can support thoughtful and effective teaching.
The goal is not simply to learn more exercises, but to better understand the structure and organization of the work and how to use that understanding in practice and teaching.
