TPC Classical Method Studies – Weekend I & II

Classical Method Studies

Part of The Pilates Center’s Formal Lecture Series

Classical Method Studies offers a focused opportunity to study the Classical Pilates Method as a cohesive, intelligent system. Rather than approaching the work as a collection of individual exercises, this series invites participants to understand how the Pilates Method functions as an integrated, systems-based approach and how that logic informs effective teaching and application.

Presented over two sessions in 2026, the first five-day session covers Introductory through Level III material and takes place March 25–29, while the second five-day session covers Level III through Level V and takes place September 30–October 4. This series is designed for students and teachers who wish to deepen their intellectual understanding of the work while developing the ability to clearly use, apply, and teach the method with confidence and purpose.
