Pilates and the Precision of Strength Training with Kaile Ziemba
Whether you are looking to increase the weight you can lift, or you are concerned about maintaining your current muscle strength and bone health, Pilates is an effective method for you! I’ve come across many women in their 40’s wanting to start weight training. Unfortunately, many of these women have been injured in the process by lifting too heavy too soon. In this workshop we will explore the path of how using light weights and spring tension is more than enough to build strong muscles and healthy bones and gain the body awareness that a person needs to lift heavier weights sustainably.
