Join Kaile Ziemba as she returns to BlueSage Pilates for three days of Classical Pilates classes and workshops.

This visit offers an opportunity to study the Classical Pilates method through movement, observation, and discussion. Sessions will focus on clarity, skill development, and understanding how the method functions as a complete system, supporting both personal practice and teaching.
