Discover the connections between the imbalances in our hips that lead to significant issues in the knee joint.
Many people struggle to achieve healthy hip rotation. Sitting and poor posture develops muscular imbalances that continue to thwart our hip strength and turnout. These imbalances lead to significantmisuse and overuse of the knee joints. In this workshop we will look at these common imbalances and how to better use Pilates exercises to correct faulty movement patterns and improve our uniform development. We will better understand what is keeping our hips tight and how to finally increase our hip range of motion and the health of our knees. Free the hips and feel good for life.
