This Zoom series consists of four 3-hour workshops taught by experienced TPC teachers, and it’s your opportunity to dive deep into the world of Pilates to find healing and return vitality to your body.

Sunday Workshop Details:

Date: Four consecutive Sundays starting on October 22, 2023. Time: 9:00 a.m. – Noon MST Cost: $150 per workshop or $575 for all four.

This workshop series offers a unique progression through the body, starting with the feet and working its way up to the neck and head. By building up from the foundation to the upper extremities, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the body’s powerful and essential connectivity. October 22, 2023 – “POOR FEET/: Return Them To Life!” with Rachel Taylor Segel 

Our feet, often overlooked and mistreated, play a crucial role in our body’s overall well-being. Rachel Taylor Segel will guide you through Pilates exercises and philosophy to help you build strong, resilient feet that serve as reliable propellers, balancers, weight bearers, and shock absorbers. You’ll discover how Pilates exercises and apparatus can not only enhance your foot health but also improve your entire body’s strength and functionality.

October 29, 2023 – “The Knee Bone’s Connected to the Hip Bone” with Amy Taylor Alpers 

Learn how the knee and hip are intricately connected, making them susceptible to injury and wear and tear due to our modern lifestyle. Amy Taylor Alpers will remind you of the natural design of these joints and show you how to live a stronger, more powerful life by understanding and promoting their health.

November 5, 2023 – “Let’s Get Your Back into it!” with Kelli Burkhalter Hutchins 

Explore the importance of the back in supporting good abdominal strength. Kelli Burkhalter Hutchins will guide you through exercises that utilize your back and chest to enhance abdominal strength and improve breathing. Discover how a strong back can lead to better uniform development and overall strength.

November 12, 2023 – “Shoulder Junction: What’s Your Function?” with Kaile Ziemba 

The shoulder joint, known as the most movable joint in the human body, often puzzles people with its mobility and stability requirements. Kaile Ziemba will help you understand how to achieve both stability and mobility in the shoulders, chest, and upper back through Pilates. Learn how these elements contribute to spine health and enjoy newfound confidence in your body’s capabilities.
