As a result of her extensive studies in dance, Ms. Cook developed a strong sense of discipline and earned Juris Doctor Degree in Law. She combines her gifts, passion and zeal for the arts to reach people however God chooses.

Ms. Cook has taught and performed in numerous venues across the United States and internationally, including the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa, Carnegie Hall in New York City, and the Independence Day Celebration in Washington, DC. Ms. Cook does motivational speaking and leads fitness workshops internationally and nationally in schools, churches and health organizations.

Ms. Cook is a certified Pilates and RedCord instructor at CORE Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. She incorporates dance and Pilates to encourage others to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She created Artistry of Grace, LLC with a focus on touching people’s hearts through artistic expression. Échappé, Inc. is design to escape the cares of life to “Restore, Refresh and Rejuvenate” oneself. This non-profit organization is centered on nurturing and empowering teenage girls . Artistry of Grace, LLC offers a service of excellence designed to impact and change lives of men and women.
