Biography

Susanne is trained as a Classical Pilates teacher and holds her Advanced Teacher Training Program from the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. In addition Susanne also holds a BA Hon as well as a teaching degree from the University of Alberta. She has been a teacher to children and adults as well as a trainer for dogs and horses most of her life. She is a sports and healthy living enthusiast, who discovered Pilates as a means to overcome injury and to pursue her love for an active lifestyle.
