Biography
I started teaching Pilates in 2005. I have been teaching full time since then. I opened my studio in Colorado in 2009, teaching privates and classes while supervising several other teachers. In 2011 I completed the Master’s Program at The Pilates Center of Boulder and continue taking weekly lessons. I moved to Tucson in 2017 and now teach privates only in a beautiful space within a historic home. I have a background in mental health and enjoy combining my experience and knowledge of developmental psychology with Pilates and movement.
