Biography

I graduated from The Pilates Center’s comprehensive program in 2001, and owned The Pilates Studio of Fairfield, in Fairfield, CT until 2011. I also completed the Master’s Program at the Pilates Center, as well as the Pilates Method Alliance Certification. I have studied with Deborah Lessen, Irene Dowd, Blossom Leilani Crawford, Cara Reeser, Dixie Mills Schulman and others. I love teaching Pilates to all people at all levels, but particularly like to work with people who need to find more balance in their bodies either to heal injuries or to achieve better functional movement for sports or general well-being.
