Hi I am Neeltje, I am a Belgium physiotherapist living and working in Dubai.
As a physiotherapist I work daily with patients, injuries, treating them and guiding them back to their level of fitness. When I started using Pilates exercises as part of the rehabilitation program, I quickly saw results: patients are more aware of their posture and movement, more in control of their body, they become stronger and flexible. This convinced me to start The Pilates Teacher Training Program. I strongly believe that Pilates has a big added value in a rehabilitation process. You learn about your strengths and imbalances of your body, how to correct and control your posture and movements. Pilates is the perfect way to work on acute or chronic injuries and to find a long-term solution for an injury or pain. So I look forward to start teaching Pilates classes and changing peoples lives.
