Biography

Barefoot Pilates Studio was established in
2013 by Mr. Mrad Mouawad, licensed
physical therapist, and Pilates teacher
trained under the ‘’Taylor Sisters’’ Amy
and Rachel at The Pilates Center of
Boulder Colorado in 2012.
