Michelle Bedard
Biography
Michelle graduated from TPC as an Advanced Classical Instructor in January 2019 and opened Sol Classical Pilates in September 2020. Prior to opening her own studio, Michelle interned and then worked at Penticton Pilates
Notes
Pilates has given me a fresh start, a confidence and a strength that I never knew I had. I feel extremely blessed that I followed my heart and pursued my teaching certificate. With the unwavering support of my mentor and friend Sharon, who believed in me, even when I did not, who welcomed me into her studio and pushed me to be the best that I could possibly be, I found my passion for helping people to be the healthiest and strongest that they could be. I am so proud of the journey that I took and the lesson that I taught my children…that it is never too late to follow your dreams and do something that you love. Thank you Penticton Pilates, Kalijo Pilates and The Pilates Center for helping me pursue my passion and expecting nothing but the best from me.
