I have been teaching Pilates since 2000, I completed the Advanced training program in 2003 and then the Masters program in 2008. I have taught in St. Louis since 2000 and opened my own studio in 2005. I currently have 13 teachers on staff, some also from TPC. We have since become a Host studio and Host advisors for the TPC training program. I am also certified in Thai Massage Therapy and was a professional accountant and financial manager for ten years prior to becoming a pilates instructor. I am married and have two wonderful daughters who also love to do pilates!
