I graduated with a Life Science degree then completed my Bachelor Degree in Physical Education. Sports and the body have always been my passion and it drove me to discover Pilates so I obtained the certification from balanced body and started teaching people since 2007 at Contours Wellness Studio. Through the years I decided to go back to the classical method and got in contact with The Pilates Center and there I discovered a whole new world.
