Biography

Pilates teacher since 2007 with more than 1500 hours of Training at The Pilates Center in Boulder. PMA certified. I am committed to share the classic Pilates method and to help my clients to feel better and to be able to do everything they love in life. I am a full time Ski instructor in Vail since 1986 with full ski instructor examen from Sweden, Unites States and France. Academic background in ethnology/ anthropology.
