I am a classically trained Pilates teacher, graduate of The Pilates Center Master’s Program, and NPCP-certified Pilates teacher. I have been practicing and teaching Pilates for over 15 years and teach at Fizjopilates Studio in Wroclaw, Poland.
My approach is rooted in the classical method and in understanding the body as an integrated whole. I am particularly interested in strength, muscular organization, control and the connections within the body.
