Biography

Graduated from TPC advanced training in 1999. Married with 4 children.Former Ballet instructor at University Of Alabama in Birmingham, Birmingham-Southern Ballet Conservatory, Childern’s Dance Foundation.
Taught Pilates in private studio in Gym setting for 3 years. Owned and Operated The Pilates Place for 11 years. Continuing ed. with TPC, Amy Lange, Mary Bowen, Cara Reeser, and other second generation teachers.
Teaching presently, privately, in Birmingham and in Aspen, at The Art of Fitness.
