Biography

I grew up in Lebanon, and studied Economic Science at St. Joseph University. After graduation I went to Montreal Canada and lived there for seven years. During this time, I was introduced to Pilates and it became my passion. When I returned to Lebanon, I decided to become a professional Pilates teacher, and I did it. Pilates has changed my life in many ways and forever. My passion for it makes me want to help people to live with health and strength and suppleness.
