Biography
Completed in July 2013 the Advanced Teacher Training Program at Centerspace Pilates Studio; a satellite studio of The Pilates Center located in Minneapolis Minnesota.
Passionate about movement, alignment, pain reduction, dance and my children. I love being able to teach what I love to do and that I know first hand can change you body (and mind) for the better.
