Biography
Kristie came to Pilates seeking relief from pain after trying many other therapies. Until Pilates, nothing seemed to create lasting wellness. Pilates was a game-changer for Kristie’s life.
After studying and experiencing the benefits of the Pilates method, Kristie pursued The Pilates Center’s teacher training program so that she could share the method’s benefits with others.
Because of her own experiences with injuries and pain, Kristie is passionate about helping others who are feeling discomfort in their bodies. She helps her clients discover ease and strength in their bodies.
