I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2015. In October of 2020 I became a graduate of the Advanced Teacher Training program at The Pilates Center. I’m a former triathlon coach and Personal Trainer. Because of a bike wreck and car wreck that left me unable to walk around the block, I found Pilates. Once I understood and experienced the results and the power of the method, I knew I had to teach it and help others! I love to help my clients experience the power, beauty, challenge and results of Pilates. There is nothing better than being able to help a client have a body that is strong and filled with vitality!
