Kelly Tacon began her Pilates journey in New York City in 2011. Drawn to the connection between movement and natural healing, she quickly discovered that Pilates would become a lifelong passion. What began as a personal practice soon turned into a calling to teach. She was inspired by how Classical Pilates builds strength, restores balance, and empowers people to feel at home in their bodies.
In 2013, she completed the 800-hour Advanced Teacher Training Program at re:AB Pilates. Two years later, she deepened her expertise through The Pilates Center of Boulder’s Bridge Program, completing an additional 900 hours of study. Kelly went on to earn a Master’s Certification from The Pilates Center and now serves as a Host Advisor, mentoring the next generation of teachers.
With over 2,000 hours of Classical Pilates training, Kelly continues to refine her skills through ongoing education, workshops, and lectures. She designs personalized, challenging, and safe sessions tailored to each client’s needs, experience, and medical history. Kelly is honored to share the gift of Pilates—the same gift that transformed her own life.
