Biography

Katie is a Pilates instructor in St. Louis, Missouri. She started her Pilates teacher training journey in 2020 through a comprehensive contemporary program. In 2024, Katie embarked on the 12-month Advanced Teacher Training Program at The Pilates Center. After completing the program, she became a Host Advisor, continuing her passion for teaching and helping others grow.
