After spending eight years in Denver, CO enjoying the learning experience of Pilates, I was excited to go through the Advanced Training program so I could bring Pilates back to New York when I moved. I graduated University with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. I have always been amazed at how the body responds to movement and look forward to many more years of learning and teaching!
