Biography

Joan Tomek has taught Pilates since 2002. She is passionate about fitness and the life benefits it can provide. She completed the Intermediate Plus teacher training program in 2017 at The Pilates Center in Boulder to deepen her understanding of the Pilates Method and improve her teaching skills. In addition to studying and doing Pilates she loves to spend time working in her organic garden, hiking in the mountains with her husband and playing with her cats.
