Who I am
I’m Harvey, and I have always taken an interest in fitness, movement and good health.

At the end of my professional classical ballet career, both dancing and teaching dance, I become a certified Pilates teacher / teacher trainer.

After working in Pilates studios and ballet schools across the world, I opened my own equipment- based studio, to continue helping my clients reach their fitness goals.

I’m a graduate of, and advisor to the Advanced Teacher Training programme at The Pilates Centre in Colorado, dedicated to passing on the tradition of Pilates.

My Philosophy

My philosophy is to make your Pilates experience fun as well as rigorous, to gain strength throughout your body.
