Bethany has been sharing her love and expertise for Pilates, throughout MA and NH, for the past 9 years! Her classes are upbeat, positive, fun, and are a great workout!

Bethany is Comprehensively certified by Mara Siever’s Pilates Encyclopedia program, NCPT certified, and Post and Prenatal certified by Boston Body’s Zayna Gold. Bethany has also earned her Master’s Program Degree through The Pilates Center, in Boulder, CO, to become a Pilates Master Instructor.
