Linda began teaching group fitness classes in High School. Her passion in health and fitness set the course for Linda’s career as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1984. Her experience working in a variety of managed care settings ie: hospitals, nursing homes, out-patient clinics and home health care gave her the ground work to understand human movement and proper alignment, which are vital for balancing health and wellness.
An ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2001. Linda began her journey into the Pilates method in 2003 through a rehab-based and contemporary method. A Pilates Method Alliance member and Certified Teacher since 2007. She studied with Lolita San-Miguel, a First-Generation Teacher in 2011-2012. Peak Comprehensive Teacher in 2017. Linda enhanced her teaching skills and deepened her understanding of the Classical Pilates Method through the Pilates Center in Boulder, CO with her Advanced Teacher Certificate in September of 2019.
Through personal experience, Linda has found Pilates to the “key” to balancing her life and fitness routine. Linda’s interest are running, golf and nutritional sciences. Past surgeries and injuries have created set backs in life, but through her practice of the Pilates Method, she has been able to rehabilitate herself back to a full life. Linda loves to travel, visit other Pilates studios and keep up with her grandchildren and dogs.
