Pilates teachers often ask me, “How can I keep my Mat classes interesting for my clients, and even, myself? It’s so repetitive.” It’s basically the same set of exercises done in the same order over and over again, right? I mean, how many ways can there possibly be to speak it so that you don’t sound like a tape recording?

I chose TPC because of Amy and Rachel. They truly believe in the work of Joseph Pilates and have continued to teach it in the way he had intended.
2. How did you originally find out about TPC?
I originally found out about TPC through a graduate of the program.

I had done some different types of Pilates before, but found that old school Joe resonated strongest with me. When I decided to make the leap into teaching, I started researching courses in classical Pilates with an element of apprenticeship. I wanted a programme which was rigorous, challenging and internationally recognised.

Alison lives in Vancouver, Canada where she teaches at three different studios,

Canada. Katherine discovered Pilates 25 years ago when she was in two car

Pilates over ten years ago and began training at a TPC studio after a
kickboxing injury. She fell in love with The Pilates Center, Boulder “style” and
decided to train to become a teacher herself. Stephanie graduated from TPC’s
Advanced Teacher Training Program in 2016 and teaches at Pepilates – a TPC
Licenced Teacher Training Studio in South Wimbledon.
