Our Formal Lecture Series is happening in two parts from June 16-18 and from June 23-25. This is a great opportunity for you to explore the entire classical Pilates method.
This lecture series is specifically designed for students and teachers of the Pilates method who are looking to expand or refine their knowledge of the complete system so that they can discover the full scope and power of the method. These weekend series will specifically focus on exercises and all apparatus from Intermediate to Advanced.
Formal Lecture Series III kicks off on June 16th and goes through the weekend wrapping up on June 18th. This lecture series will focus on Intermediate to Intermediate/Advanced levels on all apparatus and will be taught by Kaile Ziemba. Students can either choose to attend this series live in Boulder or online via Zoom. And if you can’t make it during the scheduled time, the series will be recorded and attendees will have access to the recordings through iTPC, our online Pilates Education platform. In this hands-on workshop, Debora will explore the topic of Partnering—A Specific Skill that Needs to Be Developed, as it’s important to know how to use your body mechanics to keep yourself safe and injury-free while supporting clients. Come to our Boulder studio or join via Zoom to learn about these effective techniques. Contact Kelli at kelli@thepilatescenter.com or Pace at pace@thepilatescenter.com for more information.
