Take a deep dive into the Pilates mat work! May 19-21, Amy Taylor Alpers will be conducting an in-depth Pilates Mat Workshop at The Contrology Center & Pilates Studio in Germantown, Wisconsin. Whether you are new to teaching or have been teaching for years, this workshop will enhance your understanding of the Pilates mat exercises. The workshop is available in person and online via Zoom.
Amy’s visit to the Milwaukee area will kick-off with the powerful documentary, ‘A Movement of Movement.’ After the movie, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the industry and history of Pilates as a profession directly with Amy. She has been involved in the Pilates industry for over 30 years and has plenty of interesting history and knowledge to share. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about the Pilates industry directly from someone that was there in the early stages. The viewing and discussion to follow ‘A Movement of Movement’ documentary is set for Friday, May 19 starting at 4:00 p.m.
