Join Us For Our Teacher Training Program Formal Lecture Series Weekend I + II

Our Formal Lecture Series is happening in two parts this month on the weekends of April 21-23 and the weekend of April 28-30. This is a great opportunity for you to explore the entire classical Pilates method.

This lecture series is specifically designed for students and teachers of the Pilates method who are looking to expand or refine their knowledge of the complete system so that they can discover the full scope and power of the method. From beginner (Formal Lecture Series Weekend I + II) to intermediate (Formal Lecture Series Weekend III + IV), there is something for everyone, as we’ll cover every exercise and all equipment.

We’ll also deep dive and understand more about applications for injury rehabilitation, modifications for all levels of ability, safety issues, and so much more!

Formal Lecture Series Weekend I kicks off on April 21st and goes through the weekend, wrapping up on April 23rd. This lecture series will revisit Introductory through Beginner and Intermediate levels on all apparatus and will be taught by Kaile Ziemba and Leah Wecksler. Students can either choose to attend this series live in Boulder or online via Zoom. And if you can’t make it during the scheduled time, the series will be recorded, and attendees will have access to the recordings through iTPC, our online Pilates Education platform. To find out more information, you can contact Kelli at kelli@thepilatescenter.com or Pace at pace@thepilatescenter.com.

About The Pilates Center

The Pilates Center was founded in Boulder in 1990 by sisters Amy Taylor Alpers and Rachel Taylor Segel. The sisters trained under Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates’ protégé and inheritor of his NYC studio. Amy and Rachel have worked to foster the legacy and tradition of the original, classical method of Pilates while also incorporating a humanistic approach to meet every individual’s needs. For over 30 years, they have made it their mission to heal the world by empowering people to transform their health and Return to Life through Pilates.
