I started practicing Pilates in 2006 to address imbalances and weakness in my shoulder, upper back uncovered when I took up swimming for fitness. I liked the results and the unique approach to full body fitness. I have been active all my adult life in group exercise, strength training at the gym and cycling (indoors and out). Pilates is something different, it is gentler on my body and builds strength across my body; front, back, sides; all muscle groups – large and small! Pilates is a powerful lifelong fitness method and I want to share it with others. I am a graduate of The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO. It will be privilege to share Pilates with you.
