Has over 25 years experience coaching all levels of athletes and non-athletes. He holds a B.S. in Theoretical Linguistics from Georgetown University, an M.A. in Physical Education and Sport from New York University, and an M.Ed. in Applied Physiology from Columbia University. In 2009 he moved to New Paltz, NY with his family from Little Silver, NJ where he ran a successful exercise studio for ten years.
He is a three-time CrossFit Games finalist in the Master’s Division, Gold Medalist at the 2013 American Masters Weightifting Competition, and the 2014 Masters National Weightlifting Champion. He is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach and holds 10 CrossFit certifications, in addition to the following:
